Help Me Grow, an Early Childhood Alliance initiative, supports Oswego County families with children ages 0-5. It offers referrals, follow-up, and free developmental screenings. Parents and caregivers can be referred for assistance with resources like food, diapers, parenting education, early intervention, clothing, childcare, and early learning.
Services
Care Coordination
Providing families with children ages 0-5 with referrals to resources or services for anything in which a parent with a young child could have a question or concern; including, but not limited to, childcare, early intervention, employment, basic needs, and transportation.
Developmental Screenings
Offering free physical and social-emotional developmental questionnaires to help parents monitor their child's skills and offer activities for parents to enhance their child's development.
Ongoing Support
Supporting families through the referral and screening process through regular touch-points, bridging gaps with organizations, and offering additional referrals when necessary.
